I don’t come from a Drama background. However, having grown up and raised my own children in one of the most deprived areas of Somerset I know first hand the massive value that social enterprises like Somerset Youth Theatre bring, not only to the individual young person but to their family and even further into the wider community. Working with SYT is fast paced and there is never time to get bored, the comments, feedback and outcomes that we see every day makes the effort super rewarding.
