Our SYT Pathways Manager oversees our Learn program.

Our team of staff are highly skilled, and trained in Neuro Affirming Practice, Access & Inclusion and innovative and current ways of supporting learning for children and young people who might face barriers to learning. Our practice is heavily based in PACE, approaching work with Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy.

Young people have a chance to lead the way in their learning, co-creating with our highly skilled team of creatives and thriving with SYT.

We offer alternative provisions, pre-supported internships, internships and apprenticeships. Every child is individual and unique, and it’s important that we work together to offer a diverse a personalised learning pathway, working with families, carers and educators to thrive through SYT projects.

We believe in fun. We believe in community, we work together to make a difference.
